We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Athelas to provide you with cutting edge care to improve support of your overall health from the comfort of your own home.

Similarly to collecting vitals in the office before the pandemic, Athelas will provide you with devices, such as a blood pressure cuff and weight scale, to monitor your  vitals at home. Athelas will collect the results from you so that your provider can review them to ensure there are no unforeseen health issues related to your treatment. 

There is no out-of-pocket cost to you, as Athelas will bill your insurance directly for the devices and service. Your test results and personal information will be secure,  and in compliance with HIPAA.  

To get started, enroll directly by visiting onboarding.athelas.com to confirm your information and receive your devices at no cost. If you don’t enroll online, then  Athelas will reach out to you to share more information and confirm your information. Look out for a call or text from (408) 476-7873.
